5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use

When a user requests disclosure of retained personal data or third-party provision records, or notification of the purpose of use of retained personal data under the Act, we will confirm the identity of the requester and disclose or notify without delay. However, this does not apply where there is no obligation to disclose or notify under the Act or other laws.

When a user requests correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data on the grounds that the content is not factual, we will confirm the identity of the requester, conduct a necessary investigation promptly, and make corrections based on the results. However, this does not apply where there is no obligation to make corrections under the Act or other laws.

When a user requests suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data under the Act, we will confirm the identity of the requester and promptly suspend use. However, this does not apply where there is no obligation to suspend use under the Act or other laws.
